My background spans the full accounting lifecycle — general ledgers, month-end and year-end close, bank reconciliation, VAT and corporate tax, cost accounting, and financial reporting — built up across a range of organizations, from established firms to fast-growing companies.
I've also led HR and finance for a small company, worked as an ERP solutions specialist, and run my own accounting and payroll practice as an entrepreneur. I'm comfortable moving between systems and enjoy the parts of the job that go beyond the numbers: onboarding new tools, mentoring accounting trainees, and coordinating between teams and countries.
